Booking Details:

Check-in time: 3:00pm onwards
Checkout time: 10:00am
Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability on the day.

Additional Information:

This private gated estate is governed by on-site body corp managers who are active with ensure regulations are met. 
Please ensure you are familiar with these terms & that the property is suitable for your group. Bookings are only accepted for families & quiet respectful people.

• Strict no after-hours noise policy applies from 9pm
• No pet policy.
• Loud music or anti-social behaviour is not tolerated.
• Properties prohibit large all adult group gatherings for party type events, buck, hens nights , weddings, 21st's etc
• Prohibit youth groups including schoolies
• Driftwood is not suitable for guests or children under 8 years of age.
• Strict numbers as per registration form permitted only - visiting guests are not permitted within the estate after 6pm.
• 20km speed limit always
• Strict maximum of 3 cars within the estate (if you have a 4th car this will need to be parked outside the gated estate)
• If for some reason Management needs to attend due to complaints, you may be asked to vacate (a refund will not be issued)
• No caravans, boats or camping permitted at the properties
• All parking needs to be on the property's grounds not neighbouring properties.
• The estate has a live-in management team.
